Tripe Consumption Falls

Consumption of tripe in the UK fell in the first quarter of 2012. If the figures for the first quarter of 2012 are extrapolated for the whole year, the total annual per capita consumption of tripe for 2012 is 0.310 kg, equivalent to 0.09 grams per person per day compared to 47.2kg per person per year in 1973 and 82.5kg in 1933.
